Greenpoint is in Brooklyn. It is the northernmost neighborhood in the borough, bordered by Newtown Creek to the north and east, which separates it from Long Island City and Queens, and by Williamsburg to the south. The proximity to Queens and the winding waterfront can cause confusion, but Greenpoint is firmly part of Brooklyn. It is served by the G subway line and the NYC Ferry, with the L train nearby in Williamsburg.
