What is Sea Gate like and who lives there?

Sea Gate is a private, gated oceanfront community with a quiet, insular, residential character, made up largely of detached single-family homes, some directly on the water. Once an exclusive summer resort colony, it is today home to a large Orthodox Jewish community as well as a significant Russian-speaking population, giving it strong community institutions and a close-knit feel.
