Where is Starrett City in Brooklyn?

Starrett City, or Spring Creek Towers, is located in the far southeastern part of Brooklyn, in the Spring Creek area near East New York and Canarsie, along the shore of Jamaica Bay. It is a large, self-contained residential development bordered by parkland and the bay. Because of its remote, southeastern location, it relies primarily on buses to connect residents to the subway and the rest of the city, and it includes its own on-site shopping and services.
